Carl Bradford
Carl has been involved in global recruiting for over 30 years. He began his career in corporate recruiting where he ultimately was responsible for global staffing. He worked for both large conglomerates and smaller employers where his corporate HR background included industry experience in aerospace, electronics, computers, oil and gas, and large-scale commercial real estate development.
For the past 15 years, he has been an independent recruiter, mentor and consultant to many corporate recruiting groups. In addition to his current recruiting practice, he works extensively as the National Practice Leader with The Adler Group. As part of his responsibilities with Adler, he is a trainer on many of the Performance Based Selection methods developed by well-known author and speaker, Lou Adler. He is the subject matter expert for Adler on recruiting technology that includes applicant tracking systems and the mapping and integration of best recruiting process to these systems.
