Mikki Jo Park –Director of Account Management

Mikki Jo Park is the Director of Account Management for The Adler Group and a certified recruiter in Performance-based Hiring^sm. She has over 16 years experience growing account services and solving business development challenges. During this time, she has also executed the roles of recruiter, staffing specialist, and hiring manager. She understands Adler Group clients.

Her acute business acumen and creative resources have been widely developed by working with a range of industries - Professional Services, Marketing and Media, Human Resource Development, Seminars, Real-Estate, Premium Retail, and Executive Recruitment & Staffing. Her experience ranges over private business, non-profit organizations, and corporations, such as TEC International, The American Cancer Society, and Kyocera Wireless.

With the Adler Group, she will also wear her "recruiting hat" from time-to-time. She utilizes her range of experience - and Performance-based Hiring - to create and implement solutions to a wide range of challenges in recruiting, talent development, and performance management.
