Jennifer Jacobs - Director of Operations

Jennifer Jacobs (JJ) is the Director of Operations for The Adler Group. JJ has been involved in Training and Development and Event Production for over ten years. Prior to her association with The Adler Group, JJ spent over a decade with The Walt Disney Company. Three of those years were spent with Training and Development at The Disney University, conducting and facilitating nearly 30 varieties of training courses. For four of her Disney years, JJ was an event planner, working with a team to produce Resort-wide events and programs for the Disneyland Resort.

JJ is also a singer, dancer, actress, and musician. She has appeared in over 60 local, regional, and touring productions across the western United States, as well as several films, TV projects, commercials, and voice-overs. JJ also plays the violin, viola, cello and guitar, and is currently teaching herself to play the piano and harmonica.
