Advanced Training Using LinkedIn Recruiter to Find, Recruit, and Hire Passive Candidates

We offer a series of online and live training workshops for corporate recruiting organizations that have purchased licenses to LinkedIn’s Hiring Solutions suite of products. The specific focus of these programs is on using LinkedIn Recruiter – the Company’s flagship product – for recruiting passive candidates.

The Basics of Passive Candidate Recruiting Using LinkedIn Recruiter

This is an online 90-minute introductory course on using LinkedIn Recruiter and the concepts of Performance-based Hiring to find and recruit passive candidates. The emphasis of the course is on understanding the job-hunting processes of passive candidates and developing appropriate messaging and marketing materials. Using LinkedIn Recruiter, attendees learn advanced networking techniques to quickly develop a pool of talented prospects in a few hours. Part of this includes how to contact these prospects, gain their interest, control the conversation, recruit them, and obtain high-quality referrals if a prospect is not appropriate for the job.

This is a basic course in passive candidate recruiting, but it provides a means to maximize a company’s value in its investment in LinkedIn Recruiter. The Laboratory – The LinkedIn Recruiter Extreme Experience

This is the most unusual program your recruiting team will ever experience, and probably the most valuable. It’s a full-day interactive program delivered onsite. During the program recruiters work on a specific and important search project using LinkedIn Recruiter as their primary sourcing tool. By day’s end they are ready to contact prospects and begin hands-on sourcing, recruiting, and screening. During the day they will have prepared all of their recruitment messages, identified 20+ great prospects using LinkedIn Recruiter, connected with co-workers who directly know potential candidates, and learned how to control the conversation with prospects from beginning to end.
