If you have more than 200 people to be trained annually you might want to consider our Train-the-Trainer program. In this three day customized program, we'll put your trainers through an intensive program on Performance-based Hiringsm. After being certified they'll be able to lead a half-day or full-day workshop on Performance-based Hiring for Managers.
This process is great if you have great trainers who know a little about recruiting or great recruiters who can train. Instructors will learn to coach managers and members of the hiring team in how to prepare performance profiles. They'll know how to lead a panel interview using our performance-based one-question interview and how to lead a candidate evaluation debriefing session using our 10-factor candidate assessment template.
