Jason Weseman is the Director of Training and Development of The Adler Group, a training and consulting firm helping companies make hiring top talent a more systematic process (http://www.adlerconcepts.com). Weseman brings over ten years of corporate training experience to The Adler Group, and has received training certifications from Development Dimensions International (DDI), the International Institute of Learning, and the American Society for Training and Development, among others. He also earned a Secondary Education Certificate from the State of Illinois and taught computer science to high school students in Chicago. Prior to joining The Adler Group, Weseman founded and served as Executive Director of a business college in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He has also been a training manager for two of the largest professional services firms in the world, PricewaterhouseCooopers and Arthur Andersen. |
