Robert Bekken is a Partner in the Law Firm of Musick, Peeler & Garrett where he represents and advises employers across the country on strategies to avoid employment claims and lawsuits. For 28 years, Mr. Bekken has devoted his legal career to preventing labor and employment problems. He has represented companies in hundreds of litigation matters from employment discrimination to wage and hour matters. He has also represented employers in traditional labor matters including 400 union organizational efforts, collective bargaining negotiations and arbitration matters.
